The USAHEC Memorial Garden

The USAHEC Memorial Garden is part of the Heritage Trail's salute to our veterans. The shaded gazebo amidst green shrubbery acts as the halfway point on the three quarter mile trail. When you visit the garden to rest between exhibits, please take time to see our rose garden. The roses in the garden symbolize the single rose used to mark the tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Arlington National Cemetery. In addition, the garden is home to monuments placed to commemorate the heroism and dedication of the 80th Infantry Division, the 88th Infantry Division, and the 44th Bomb Group.
